You will be welcomed by the Look Lanka Tours Representative in the Airport and then transfer to the hotel in Negombo.
Negombo is a modest beach town located close to Bandaranaike International Airport. With a stash of decent hotels and restaurants to suit all pockets, a friendly local community, an interesting old quarter and a reasonable (though polluted) beach, Negombo is a much easier place to get your Sri Lankan feet than Colombo.

Afternoon visit the Negombo fish market.
Negombo is well known for traditional fishing industry on the network of canals of Dutch-era connecting to Negombo lagoon. The town is home for the Island’s second largest fish market, as locals call – “Lellama”.
The fish auction in Lellama is Island’s biggest fish auction. Large bulk of fish attract bids at this place, the highest bidder gets the catch. Fishermen of lagoon take their bulk of Lobsters, crabs and prawn to the auction too. Most of the fish end up being bought by restaurants, hotels and cafes in the area. The remaining balance of sold fish then taken to the fish market of Lellama to be sold retail at a reasonable price.
Under long blue sheds of the fish market, you can buy variety of fish in one location. The Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage is one of the most popular excursions and tourist destinations since its inception back in 1975. It's a rare opportunity to get up close and personal with the elephants, which makes for a memorable experience. The Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage spans 25 acres and is located in very close proximity to the Maha Oya, which is where the elephants are taken for baths. he two main attractions for visitors is the bottle-feeding session which is followed by the bathing time. If you're lucky the handlers might even pick you to feed the baby elephants, who happen to be just plain adorable most of the time. Most of the elephants at the orphanage are very domesticated and friendly so they've even got platforms set up where you can feed the larger elephants’ fruits.

Sigiriya is famous for its palace ruins on top of a massive 200-meter-high rock surrounded by the remains of an extensive network of gardens, reservoirs and other structures. Sigiriya may have been inhabited through prehistoric times. It was used as a rock-shelter mountain monastery from about the 5th century BC, with caves prepared and donated by devotees of the Buddhist Sangha. The complex surrounding the famous rock was built by King Kasyapa (477–495 CE), who had seized power from the rightful heir, Moggallana, who fled to South India.

After this delicious breakfast visit, the Vegetable Market in Dambulla.
In Dambulla, it is 1 km from the Golden Temple, you will see the largest vegetables and fruits wholesale market in Sri Lanka. Every day, numerous colorful vegetables and fruits are offered on the market. The harvest from the surrounding fields and villages is brought in to the market for distribution to the rest of the country. Trucks loaded with pumpkins, varieties of bananas, mangoes, avocados, watermelons, apples, coconuts, beans, carrots, leeks, peppers and lots more are supplied. Here, you will get to see the many locals of the district engaged in selling several varieties of vegetables and fruits from their tiny stalls. Seeing them dealing with customers also gives you a perspective into their daily lives and traditions. you should definitely buy some for yourself and indulge in the sweet, wholesome delight.
After that proceed to Village tour in Sigiriya with Lunch.

Spice garden in Matale to see many different types of spices Sri Lanka is famous for spices so you can see here many varieties of spices like cinnamon, pepper, Turmeric etc. the Matale spice gardens are among the best on the island. You will be introduced to different spices and shown how some of these spices are grown and processed. A processing and training unit has been set up in the area and farmers are grouped in a cooperative to ensure fair prices and you will also be able to purchase spices.
After the visit continue to proceed Kandy.
The Local family is waiting to warmly greeting you for their home stay unit in Kandy. Form that the local family will take care you. your home in Sri Lanka your local family receive and host you to an authentic Sri Lankan family experience. After the breakfast with kola kenda and pol Roti with Katta sambol.
kola kenda—the herbal gruel made of rice, coconut milk and a variety of green leaves—is a recipe which is timeless. It is still a popular breakfast option among many Sri Lankan homes, because it is nutritious and can be prepared quite easily. Pol rotti made with using flour, water and coconut.
Within the morning if you prefer you can go to the market with local family and visit around the shops etc. if not you can rest with the home stay unit.
For lunch the local host family demonstrate you how prepare the Sri Lankan traditional food for the lunch. They will guide you and teach you about preparation. Specially Sri Lankan they use to use more spices for the dishes.
In the evening visit Temple of Tooth Relic with your local host family.
Then you can take a walk around the Kandy lake and enjoy the evening view of the Kandy. Local host family will guide you for that. And taste the street food.

Temple of Tooth Relic
- During puja (offerings or prayers), the heavily guarded room housing the tooth is open to devotees and tourists. However, you don’t actually see the tooth. It’s kept in a gold casket shaped like a dagoba (stupa), which contains a series of six dagoba caskets of diminishing size.
